- We consider map context, nearby landmarks, event logistics, transit/rideshare reality, and traveler situation.
- When available, we review public safety/context signals and current official guidance.
- Reports use cautious language: risks, tradeoffs, and things to verify — not guarantees.
- For the beta, reports are manually reviewed before delivery.
